F1 Labra Doodle Litter (Amber) – Born August 31, 2013

All Amber’s puppies have been sold!

Amber (English Chocolate Lab) and Cesar (Registered Chocolate Silver Factor Standard Poodle) now have only three F1 Chocolate Labra Doodles for adoption, two males and one female. The male with the Brown Bear toy is a little bigger, the male with the Orange Transforma Bone is the chunky little guy, the female has the Green Denta Ball in her pictures. These pups will mature at about 50 lbs., the males maybe slightly more. They are classified as minimal to non shedding, which means if they shed it will be minimal, not like a Lab but more like what you would get in your hair brush, if they get regular brushing you will pick it up in the brush.

These guys have now had three sets of boosters, so are safe from the dreaded Parvo Virus, dew claws are removed and they are very well handled. They sleep in a crate with the door off so crate training will be quick and easy. They are trained to pee and poop in one area of their pen, so teaching them to go in a designated area of your yard will also be a quick procedure. These Doodles are very intelligent and quick to pick up on what you want of them and I have never seen such loyalty in a breed of dog in my life. The price of the pups is $900 including delivery safely into your arms…..I do not ship my puppies. I deliver the central Prairies, if you are further away we can meet part way. For further information call 306 792-2113 or text 306 521-1371 or use my contact page.

————————————————————————

Amber (Chocolate English Lab) and Cesar (Silver Factor Chocolate Standard Poodle) had a sleep over earlier this summer resulting in 7 beautiful Chocolate F1 Labra Doodles born August 31st. This is Amber’s last litter. These characters have bird hunting skills running in their bloodlines and are nice stout pups with flat Lab heads and Poodle smarts…..they are a crackerjack bunch that have caught on to everything expected of them early. They pee and poop in one area of their pen and have been doing so since they were 4 weeks old. There are only two males in this litter.

Dew claws are removed, they are very well handled, have two sets of boosters, have been dewormed twice and are completely vet checked. They will be old enough to leave on the 26th. of October. They have had access to a crate with the door off, so crate training will be fairly quick as will house training. These are very loyal, intelligent, and easy to train dogs. They will be minimal shedding and will have shaggy Doodle coats that will never need clipping unless you want them clipped. I also have pictures of some that are older if you would like to see what they will look like as older pups.

For more pictures of a certain pup, refer to it by the toy that is with is. For further information call 306 792-2113 or text 306 521-1371 or use my contact page.

The price of these pups is $900 delivered to most places on the Prairies, buyers from further away can meet me part way….I do not ship unaccompanied pups, if you fly to Regina or Saskatoon I will bring your pup to the airport and you can escort it home safely.

Opie

This is the update on Opie. Rest assured I never give out anyone’s private information. Opie is the son of of Robyn and Cesar born Feb. 21st. 2013. Maybe the information Ashley added about the easy walk head harness will help, I do not know anything about this method but it sure sounds like it worked. Due to the threat of Parvo being tracked here I tend to stay away from Pet Stores, especially ones that allow dogs in. So I am not up on some of the new dog devises out there. Parvo can live on a dry surface for a week and over a year on a wet surface, and like the Measles outbreak we have had here in Canada the last few years, it is very hard to track a virus. I am thrilled to hear about and see how my pups are turning out.

Opie is just 2 years old as well. He has a great personality….. loves everything and everyone (except our neighbour’s cat). He is the best cuddle buddy. He is also right around the 100 pound mark. We will have him weighed at the vet again in June. He loves water, has stopped getting into puppy trouble, and loves playing fetch. I can take him off leash to a park by our house….. and as long as we are playing fetch there is nothing that can distract him.

He also travels extremely well! We have taken him on road trips to BC a couple of times, and has no problem adjusting to his surroundings.

In the last email you sent you mentioned the ceasar Milan collar for dogs that pull on a walk. We tried that with opie but found he would choke himself…. we instead bought an easy walk harness…. it has the leash attachment in the front so when he pulls it spins him around so he is facing the other way. It worked GREAT, after 2 walks he completely stopped pulling! He hated ending up in the opposite direction.

————————————————————————

Opie is beautiful… this litter was all over the place with some shaggy and some like Opie.  I am happy to hear he doesn’t shed badly…I do try to be honest with people and tell them F1 are minimal to non shedding.  He looks pretty content to me!  What a beautiful Lab head he has… I am duly impressed!  His family had this to say:

Opie is a great dog, he has an amazing personality, and I couldn’t ask for a better puppy. We just had him fixed so this week he has been a bit of a suck but that is fine with me. I have attached a picture of him. He has taken after the lab side quite a bit more than the poodle side but doesn’t shed too badly.

Stella L

Stella is doing very well! Take note that she is allowing the children to kiss her right on the lips and she is not licking their faces! You have done an awesome job Amberly! These are priceless pictures. She told us:

Stella is doing great. She’s extremely intelligent and a constant source of amusement in our house. She is very affectionate and gives actual hugs. She puts her legs around our necks and nuzzles her face into our chests. It is adorable.

Her best friend is our pug who is dominant over her which is ridiculous since she’s about three times his size. Last week she figured out how to “spring” our pug from his kennel. She’s 60 lbs and extremely tall.

————————————————————————-

Stella is one of Doe Dee and Cesar’s August 20, 2013, females. They are just starting to leave now, two went yesterday. Stella lives in Regina and her sister went to Moosomin. Kloe was also on board and now is retired and living in White City. Stella’s happy new family wrote us:

Hi – Stella is a sweety. What a gentle little dog. She doesn’t bite and has taken to the kids…..she follows them around and whines when they leave the room. She is a bit scared of my husband but hopefully that wears off soon. She hasn’t messed in the house at all, although we have made many trips outside. We tried to nap her in her cage but that was loud! Hopefully nighttime goes better!

Here is Stella with our guinea pig Cookie lol. She laid her head on the pig herself!

Freddie

This is Freddie, another of Kloe and Einstein’s July 29, 2013 pups. I have heard from almost everyone that got one of her eight pups now and it sure sounds like they all have a great home and their families are very happy with them. This is what keeps me going and I sincerely appreciate hearing how my pups are doing as they grow, this is what I am all about and the hardest part is to hand one of my pups over to a complete stranger, hearing back is the payoff for me! Keep up the good work…. Freddie’s family told us:

Our Freddie is turning out to be a great friend and companion. He heels on a leash, rings the bell hung at the back door when he wants to go out, and has yet to chew up anything that wasn’t given to him. He gets two long walks per day and gets along great with other dogs. We couldn’t ask for a better dog.

—————————————————

Freddy is the last pup from Kloe and Einstein‘s July 29, 2013 litter to leave, he moved to Regina today… I think we will be hearing more about the saga of Freddy as things progress. Looks pretty content to me! His new family said, simply:

It appears Freddy likes the new joint!

Cooper

Here is an update from Cooper’s family:

Cooper is absolutely gorgeous, he is so handsome. The vet estimates he is going to be about 80 lbs full grown, he is doing really well……very smart dog, I have never heard of a dog house training within a few weeks…. He can be a real handful when he gets playing hard….lol!! we are so in love with him, especially my 13 yr old daughter they have a bonded amazingly which is exactly what we were hoping for…. I think our only regret is we wish now we would have gotten 2 puppies from you….lol!! take care.

————————————————

Cooper is one of Kloe and Einstein‘s males from their July 29, 2013 litter. His family told us:

Just updating you on our little Cooper! It took a few days for him to get used to his new surroundings but he has fit in nicely. He is very energetic and outgoing. We all love him, he has added so much to our lives. We had trouble deciding on a name but Cooper was the winner.

Winnie

An update on Winnie! I really don’t care for the look of the clip with ears long and face and head shaved but it really shows the perfect lines of her head, she really is an outstanding looking F1B Labra Doodle, I prefer more of the Schnauzer clip. This young fellow has really put in the time to make Winnie into a great dog.  He told us:

Just wanted to send you a little update on Winnie. She is doing amazing. She has grown to what I believe will be her adult size which is just over 40lbs and about 20″ tall. She is extremely smart. House training and general habits were a breeze. She is very very very active. She spends most of her day running around my acreage and as such has become a rather fast puppy. She loves playing catch and chasing birds. There are still a few tricks I would like to teach her but with spring seeding under way, that will have to wait until the summer. Hope all is well and I hope you enjoy these pictures. They’re from various stages of life. I don’t have a current one but her hair is about medium length and very curly. I’m very glad she outgrew her puppy fur as it was a bit difficult to maintain. Thank you very much for everything and know that Winnie is doing exceptionally well!!

————————————————————————–

This is Escort‘s sister Winnie from Dory and Cesar‘s July 9th Red Lodge Park litter. Winnie lives on a farm at Seven Person’s, Alberta. I am thinking about selling Escort and keeping one of Debbie’s little Chocolate females, she is quite tiny and fought hard to stay alive with eleven siblings to take her food away. I talked to Dr. Cochrane about it today and she says although tiny she has a great heart….I fought hard to help her stay alive so I think we are a team. Time will tell…I will train Escort a little first and see where it goes….

Winnie’s family told us:

Well harvest is final over and fall field work is also becoming numbered in its days. Thought you might enjoy some pictures of Winnie. She is about 17lbs now and still has a great temperament.

Spock

This is yet another of the 14 puppies that kept me going around the clock to help Darby keep them fed. Spock lives in Edmonton with his family and he is a very gallant looking fellow. I really got some wind under my wings today when I heard from three of this litter’s owners. They all sound like quite the Doodles and I am quite surprised on how black they have stayed. Thanks a million for sending. Spock’s family wrote:

Spock is a very good boy. He listens to basic commands like sit and lay down and stay although stay is a little tougher because he still very excited when things are happening. He knows how to leave it and how to drop it and he hears those quite a bit and seemingly like Eddie he really likes to carry things around in his mouth. He doesn’t always know what belongs to him and what belongs to anyone else so he just kind of grab. He’s also a massive groomer for his toys. He will groom and groom and groom until he grooms an ear or a tail right off of his stuffed animals. He has also chewed through one of those rope toys. Didn’t take him long.

He still stays in his kennel during the day time. There was a time when I would let him out and he was very good but he is so tall now and he has found out if there are snacks in the middle of the dining room table he can reach them! Now he is always checking to see if there is something up there and he cannot be trusted to be left alone.

He’s pretty big now. I think his last weigh-in at the vet said that he was 78 pounds and he is very, very tall although he looks almost exactly like Eddie.

Spock is big with lick kisses and gives one on the hand every time he comes in the door. He also likes to hold hands with everyone so when you are walking he will take your hand in his mouth and walk alongside with you.

All in all he is a wonderful dog and very very loving. We can’t thank you enough for allowing us the chance to adopt him and bring him into our family.

This is one of Darby’s last litter, his name is Spock and he lives in Sherwood Park.

Danny

Here is a new pic of Danny Boy! I don’t think 85 lbs. is huge but apparently he is tall. Krissy was no slouch for size so he got her weight and the Poodle tall legs. It is so nice to hear about him. When Laurie met me to pick him up the crate was way too small and we literally had to stuff him in, I guess he has not forgotten that! She wrote:

Danny is HUGE!!!! The vet says very big. 85 lb but you can still feel his bones (I think he is skinny but the vet thinks he is just right). He has a nice “tuck up”?? they say. He has had 2 ear infections- I guess this is a problem with floppy ear dogs?

Yesterday he was at the dog park. He loves that place. When he runs he is so fast and sounds like a horse galloping. He gets along with all the dogs and often tries to be the peace maker in scrums. Yesterday was particularly fun for him with the snow. His gangly body was slip, sliding all over the place. He smiles (with that big tongue hanging out) all the time but the grin is bigger at the dog park. When he comes home it is good for at least a 2 hour “snoring” nap!

He still is very fearful of the car. We only take him in the car to the dog park in the car to try and give him positives associated with the ride. He is ever so slowly getting better but it still takes 2 of us to get him in. Forget a kennel – even great dane size. He hates confined spaces. Maybe it is because he is so big. I don’t know. I have to keep focusing on the positives and baby steps when it comes to cars. All he wants in life is to be with people (and eat!).

For everything else, he is a smart and sometimes mischievous young man. His height puts him right at counter level so butter, peanut butter and the occasional loaf of bread have gone missing if the gate to the kitchen is not kept closed. You gotta love him. He has an “I didn’t do that” look when he gets caught. He walks in a perfect heel position and stops whenever I do to cross a street etc.

Here is an updated photo of Danny. What a handsome fellow!

Danny is from Krissy and Einstein‘s October 30, 2012 litter. His family just sent us his “Grad photo”!

Ranger

This is one of Dory and Cesar‘s males that now lives in Calgary, he is starting to get some color change in his nose now, sounds like he is doing really well with his new family.  They told us:

Here is Ranger today, out for a good walk this morning. He has been exploring and finding new things to get into! We took him to the vet’s yesterday and he is 24 lbs and looking great. He was a bit shy at the start but is really coming into his own. We’ve been trying to take him for car rides and get him out socializing. He is still wanting to sleep as little as possible at night even with the long walks, but getting better.

I will send more photo’s as he is growing, he has a great personality and we are all very much enjoying him.

F1B Labra Doodle Litter (Debbie) – Born August 30, 2013

All Debbie’s puppies have been sold!

Cesar and Debbie now have only one female left available for adoption. She is the second smallest female from this litter of twelve puppies but is a feisty little girl that never looked back one day, she is a sweetheart of a pup, great to work with…the pictures tell the tale, it is almost like she is looking at the camera and posing for her new family! She has now had three sets of boosters, her dew claws have been removed, she is completely vet checked and she is guaranteed non shedding. I estimate this little girl will mature about the same size as her mother, 45 to 50 lbs. and she will also have Debbie’s great personality and loyalty. Her grandfather is Pluto and any of his bloodline are extremely loyal, clean and very intelligent. This puppy will not stay black, she is going to get silver and gold hair all through her coat, she will be an eye catching beauty! For more information please use my contact page, or text 306 521-1371 or call 306 792-2113 or 403 919-1370.

————————————————————————

Debbie and Cesar now have only one black male and three black female F1B Labra Doodles to offer. These pups were born August 30th and will be ready to go about October 26th. They have been vet checked and have two sets of boosters, are dewormed and ready to dazzle their new family with how smart, loyal and sweet they are. They are $900 delivered to most places on the central prairie, buyers from further away can meet me part way.

————————————————————————

Debbie (Small Black F1 English Labra Doodle) and Cesar (Registered Silver Factor Chocolate Standard Poodle) gave birth to a litter of 12 pups on August 30th. They now have four F1B non shedding Labra Doodle female pups and three male pups for adoption. Between my bottle supplementing and Debbie’s dedicated nursing, all are here, safe and sound and lovable from all the attention bestowed on them. Debbie is on the smaller side for a Labra Doodle so this has been a big undertaking for her and she has excelled at the job, but both she and I are glad they have learned to eat from a dish. Some of this litter was spoken for before they were born.

These pups are black now but they will start to get silver, gold and chocolate hairs coming into their coat at about 4 months old, courtesy of Cesar’s Silver genes…they will be unique and outstanding looking dogs when their coat matures. This is Cesar’s first breeding season so we are just starting to see what a great stud he is and are dazzled by the quality of pups he is producing in both the Golden and Labra Doodle lines.

The dew claws have been removed, they are booked for vet check on Oct. 11th. and are ready to start leaving on Oct. 25th. when they are 8 weeks old. They will have two sets of boosters and be dewormed twice before leaving my arms and being safely delivered into the arms of their forever family. I do not ship my pups but choose to have either my husband or myself drive them to their new family, meeting as near to you as we can.

These are very loyal, intelligent, non shedding, easy to train family dogs….these girls are from English Lab hunting background so would be easily trained as a bird hunting companion, or would be great for hiking or a distance runner’s side kick once they are fully joint developed. This cross just wants to please their owner, and are very quick to catch on to what is expected of them. Debbie’s pups tend to stay on the smaller side, the females will likely mature at 50 lbs. tops.

For more information please use my contact page, or text 306 521-1371 or call 306 792-2113 or 403 919-1370. For more pictures of a certain pup please refer to it by the toy that it has with it in the pictures. The price is $900 including delivery. We have lots of previous buyers references, which you can browse by going to my Customer Testimonials category in the menu to the right.
