New Puppy Litters

All of these litters have been sold!

Fur Fettish Farm is announcing three May litters that will be ready early to mid July.

Krissy and Cesar had their second and final litter born May 4th. They had a litter 18 months ago together and even though the pups are born black they get a beautiful brindle color as they mature. These are F1 Labra Doodles.

Winnie and Cesar also have their second litter of F1 Labra Doodles together, born May 12th. I have lots of pictures of their last litter also. All are chocolate and will get beautiful blonde highlights as they mature.

Daisy and Einstein have their all female litter of F1B Golden Doodles born May 9th. This is their third and final litter, they have two litters that you can browse pictures and information on here and here. This is my first ever litter of Doodles that are all females.

As for prices: Krissy’s are $800, Winnie’s and Daisy’s are $900. If someone is interested they can text me at 306 521-1371 (DO NOT phone that number as I am dealing with a funeral), or you can use my contact page.

Brad and Roy

I guess my ESP is working, I was thinking of these boys this morning as I was procrastinating about getting out from under my warm blankets. They are absolutely beautiful. Good job Lorrie and George! Nora is back in heat now but I am going to wait this heat cycle out and breed her and her sister in the spring instead, that will give them a year and a half off. I can only imagine how much fun it is for the two of them in the snow playing. I have their half brother here, from Nora’s sister, Nancy, and Einstein, he is an extremely handsome boy so I will use him as a breeder on some of the F1 Labra Doodle girls. I sincerely thank you for sending me these pictures and update, it really makes my day when I see pictures of my pups (the fruits of my labour). Their family told us:

Just a few pics of the boys. We just love them sooo much. They are very well behaved and having a great time with the snow outside.

Great pictures, it is really hard to take good pictures of black dogs! Brad and Roy’s family wrote:

Hope you are doing good and keeping busy with all your beautiful furry family. Brad and Roy are doing well, we are all on a schedule together and it seems to be working well. They are growing up to be very handsome boys. Roy has the red collar and Brad is blue. Thanks again for the wonderful Pups!!

These are Nora and Cesar‘s Standard Poodle pups born February 25th, 2014. Their new family sent along this picture and told us:

The boys are growing fast, they are about 15 and 16 pounds each with Brad just having a slight edge over Roy. Their training is coming along and we brought them to the vet for their third shot…..clean bill of health. We will keep you up to date and talk again soon.

Charlie

Here are a few updated pictures of Charlie. His family wrote:

Thought I would send a couple pictures of Charlie. He is doing very well and has brought a lot of joy to our lives. I hope all is well with you.

———————————————————————

This young man is named Charlie and he lives in Regina. He is the son of Dolly and Cesar, born March 6th. It looks like he is growing into a handsome young man. His new family wrote to let us know that he is doing great and sent along these pictures.

Trooper – F1B Labra Doodle (from Dolly) – Born March 6, 2014

Trooper has been sold!

Trooper was born March 6, 2014. His mother is Dolly (daughter of Misty, English Labrador Retriever, and Einstein, Registered Standard Poodle) and his father is Cesar, Registered Chocolate Silver Factor Standard Poodle. This makes him an F1B Labra Doodle. He is non shedding, has had three sets of boosters and is completely vet checked and dewormed. Trooper earned this name, when he was two days old his mother stepped on him and laid his back open across the wither area. It has completely healed, I tried to take pictures that show his patch of hair where the wound was is shorter and a little darker color, I think as he matures it will fill in nicely and unless he is clipped to the hide it will never show (and it may not even show then).

This pup has been very well handled because I treated his cut several times a day. He has a soft and gentle temperament and is a happy go lucky kind of a guy. He is $900, I am firm on my price so please do not apply unless you are sincerely interested in having a great pup that will turn into a great dog, this guy has the life expectancy of 15 years. Text number is 306 521-1371 or use my contact page.

Socrates – Standard Poodle (from Nancy) – Born February 24, 2014

Socrates has been sold!

I now have only one Standard Poodle male pup to sell, his name is Socrates, son of Nancy and Einstein, born February 24, 2014. This pup was sold to a woman in Manitoba but the more we conversed the more I became aware that it was not a very good home, so I sent her deposit back. I need to be sure that my pups are going to a loving caring home that will provide them with proper vet care and a good environment to spent the next 15 years in.

Socrates has been very well handled, his tail is docked at 1/3, his dew claws are removed. He has been taught to keep his tongue in his mouth and his feet on the floor. He has never been allowed on furniture and he has been trained to pee and poop in one spot in his pen, so this guy would be very easy to train to go in one area of your yard. He will be about 50 to 60 lbs. when mature and about 22 to 23 inches at the wither, so average for a Standard Poodle. His color is light apricot like his father and he is a very calm and easy going pup that just loves attention. He is $700 delivered price, he has three sets of boosters and has been dewormed and totally vet checked. If you may be interested in this pup please use my contact page or text 306 521-1371.

Knox

Thanks to Knox’s family for sending some new pictures and writing:

Don’t forget Ontario too! Knox is doing awesome with his 3 other fur friends. Our two cats Basil and Jack and Quinn another goldendoodle.

These are some pictures of Knox and family in our last days of the season at our cottage up North in Muskoka.

We do enjoy hearing about all of the adventures that his siblings are on. Thanks for the updates!

This is another one of Doe Dee and Cesar’s August 20, 2013, pups. This male lives in Ontario, and this litter spanned five provinces. Knox’s family wrote:

Here is a recent picture of Knox and one with our cat Basil. He is the most incredibly smart dog and fits so well in our family. He and our two kittens grew up with each other and they are the best of friends. The cats actually go over lay down with him and let him mouth them and carry them around! Thanks so much again for placing him in our lives!

Zoe (Red Deer, AB)

Zoe is a beauty and I love the curl in her tail. Thanks for sending Michael and Elizabeth! Give this girl a pat from her Grammie. They wrote:

Here are a couple of pictures taken on Zoe’s second birthday. Taken at our off leash park. Zoe is great at getting us out to walk in all kinds of weather. Walking we would not otherwise be doing! She has ended up a bit bigger than we thought she might but we would not trade her for anything. She is very attentive to us. Still a bit shy around strangers and dogs she does not know, but adapts pretty quickly when she gets to know people. She gets along really well with our grandchildren and they love to play with her. She has a very big bark but that covers quite a timid girl. We enjoy every day with her. We have had a great trainer for her (and us!) and she has learned lots. We thought you might like to see one of your girls growing up.

————————————————————————

Zoe was the biggest female in a litter of 13 pups. I have certainly enjoyed seeing what my pups have grown into and the joy they are bringing to their individual families. There are still a few I haven’t heard from but we are doing pretty good and even though they are in different environments they seem to have common traits. Her family told us:

Zoe lives in Red Deer and has taken over our lives– in a good way! She is bigger than we expected and gets lots of complements on her looks. She is generally well behaved although it takes her a while to get used to strangers. She loves playing with other dogs at the off leash park but does not go too far from us. She had at one time liked kleenex and toilet paper but seemed to get over it but has recently rediscovered it. She loves the winter and the snow.

This is one of Doe Dee and Cesar’s pups from their last litter, August 20, 2013. Now this is what I call a beautiful dog. They said she is bigger than they thought she would be but have not told me how big she is. Doe Dee is now retired and lives near Didsbury on a farm, so she retired pretty close to where her daughter lives in Red Deer. Zoe’s family told us:

We have not been in touch with you since we got Zoe last fall. It was certainly a long cold winter here but she loved the snow and cold. This is a picture of her in April up on a snow bank watching the two dogs next door. We have had her in school and she is doing quite well although a little skittish with strangers (??although not at the off leash park where she has a great time with other dogs). We are very much enjoying her (??even if she is a bit bigger and has more energy than we thought she might)! It has got us exercising.

Harper

Harper is Megan and Spike’s female from last year. I think there my be pups in two months, they are ‘camping out’ now. This is the breed I have chosen if my health dictates that I slow down. Harper’s “mommy” wrote:

Hi! Just wanted to say ‘thank you’ for making my first Mother’s Day a wonderful one!!! Harper is the best thing that’s ever happened to me!!! And I have you to thank.

The second picture is with my sister Amy and her two girls, Clover & Piper!

Finley

Finley’s family sent us some new pictures and wrote:

I have attached a picture of Finley that was taken at the dog park this morning. She LOVES sticks! She sure is a great fit with the family and us very good natured. Thank you for making her apart of our family.

Finley’s family sent us some new pictures and wrote:

Wanted you to know Finley is doing great. She fits in well with our family. She will be 5 months old soon and weighs a healthy 31 lbs! Growing fast. As you can see by the pictures Finley got her first hair cut! She looks SOOO different. She was such a good girl, the groomer was very impressed at how calm she was. She does seem to be losing her darker apricot colour and is becoming my Blondie.

Here is an updated picture of Finley!

Finley sure looks like she is happy and very loved! This makes my life worthwhile. Her family sent us these pics and wrote:

Just a quick pic to show you how much she is growing! She weighs 16 lbs already!

This is one of Dolly and Cesar’s F1B Labra Doodle females born March 6th. Finley now lives in Innisfail, Alberta. She looks pretty content in her new home and I know she is very loved already. Her new family wrote:

Finley is fitting in so well with our family! She REALLY loves the soccer ball. Thank you for making her a part of our family.
