F1B Golden Doodle Female (Dane) – Born August 28, 2015

All of Dane’s puppies have been sold!!!

Dane (F1 Golden Doodle) and Cesar (Silver Factor Chocolate Standard Poodle), have had their last litter of puppies together, born August 28th. 2015. There is one female available. She has a very sweet personality and will be completely non shedding, her coat is loose wavy at this time, I do not think she will get tight curls. She will leave me with two sets of boosters, she will be dewormed twice and totally vet checked on Oct. 26th. Regina delivery date is Oct. 30th. and Alberta is Nov. 1 st. and 2nd., we do not ship our puppies but prefer to drive them to be safely placed into the forever families arms.

My pups are well handled, especially feet are worked with, to assure you have a well mannered pup for grooming. Manners have been enforced, no licking or jumping up has been allowed. I am here with advise to make this puppy into the best dog you could ever hope to own.

The price of this puppy, including delivery, is $1,200. She will come with her inoculation certificate, her stuffy (so she has something familiar for the transition), a 2 kg. bag of the puppy chow and a can of what she gets for breakfast along with lots of instructions on feeding and inoculation schedule. For more information please text 306 521-1371 or 403 919-1370, leave a message at 306 792-2113 or use my contact page.

Loki (Grimshaw, AB)

Miss Loki looks pretty comfortable snuggled! Thanks Grant and Amber for sharing. I am surprised she has stayed as black as she is but she may get some brindle throughout her coat as she ages as Dane is Apricot and Cesar gets more silver in his chocolate coat each year , she really shows the Poodle with her muzzle clipped and it sounds like she gets lots of love and attention. They wrote:

Loki is doing very well. The three of us spent the day together driving to scenic areas and having a casual day. She goes everywhere with us and thoroughly enjoys her travels. The last picture is at Elk Island campground near Whitelaw. We took Loki to play in the Peace River. She seems to enjoy the water edge and chased a few sticks in; still haven’t seen her swim yet. I wish I would have taken a few photos of her playing in the water… She is not very graceful yet and her antics are quite entertaining.

Her colouring has remained black. In the right light, you can see a tinge of brown around her muzzle. Although when we brought her home, we were expecting her to brindle, it does not matter to us. She is a beautiful member of our family.

Princess Loki is one of Dane and Cesar’s females from August 9, litter. It is pictures and videos like these that put the wind under my wings. I love to see how happy my pups are, it is the icing on the cake in this business. It is hard to let them go, so pictures like these tell me in my heart that they are indeed in the right place. I don’t see any chocolate or blonde in her, I had expected this litter to brindle. She is a very lucky dog to have a spa day, I need one also.

This was Dane’s first litter and both she and her sister, Darla, did a remarkably great job with their pups. Loki’s family wrote:

I downloaded an app to my phone and created my first video…. I hope it puts a smile on your face. We have a 50′ rope that allows Loki to play and burn a bunch of energy. When we put on the 4′ leash, she seems to understand that it is learning time and she means business. Loki had another spa day and is all clean and trim. Perfect for a photo, I’d say… Attached is a quick shot as we were about to drive home.

Toby (Moose Jaw, SK)

[stream flv=x:/furfettishfarm.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/July/toby.240p.flv img=x:/furfettishfarm.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/July/toby.png hd=x:/furfettishfarm.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/July/toby.480p.flv mp4=x:/furfettishfarm.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/July/toby.iPhone.m4v embed=false share=false width=640 height=360 dock=true controlbar=over bandwidth=high autostart=false responsive=16:9 /]

This is a pretty awesome clip of ‘Toby just being Toby’ and I thank Kristin for sending this, Toby lives in Moose Jaw with his family. He is one of Dane and Cesar’s pups from August 9th. 2014. He is a big pup and clipping this short in wood tick season is almost a must this year, they are wicked, small and lots of them. This young pup bonded strongly with his children and he has his parents soft personality.

This is Toby, who now lives in Moose Jaw with his family, three kids to play with. He is one of Dane and Cesar’s August 9th. 2014 models. He was featured in the Moose Jaw paper. Looks like he knows he is the star! Hearing about my pups is what keeps me putting one foot in front of the other some days so please don’t think you are bothering me by including me in your updates about your puppy. Thank you to those of you that have updated me. I have heard a lot of great things about Toby, roles that he has taken on himself like putting each of the kids to bed and staying with them until they are asleep. I would say Toby has it made with this family to love him unconditionally. A Cesar Bone from Canadian Tire will help with chewing, Internet Cables are not great for dogs! His family wrote:

This is Toby the Supervisor. He follows our youngest, Carter, everywhere. It is so sweet, our boy hurt his foot this past week end and Toby has not left his side. It melts my heart, he lays on Carters bed until he falls asleep and then comes out of his room. Toby has brought our children so much joy. It has only been a few months but he is a member of our family already and we love him to death. The kids play fetch with him 100 times a day and he always brings it back and drops it . He goes in his crate when we say “go to bed”. He knows sit, stay, leave it, drop it, come, and down. He comes in each kids room at night and lays with them until I’m done tucking them in and then comes to bed. He is an incredible dog! It is a good thing I have some self control and don’t have a bigger house or I’d be coming back for another!

Toby is doing great (with the exception of him chewing through our Internet cable in the back yard) lol .It look 2 sasktel guys a few hours to figure that one out! He is eating well and sleeping well with lots of puppy friends. He is 46 pounds at 6 months and his vet says he is quite a looker for a goldendoodle haha. He is great with the kids but has yet to learn proper greeting behaviour as he gets pretty jumpy and wound up still. He thinks he is a lap dog and tries to lay across my shoulders when I sit on the couch. All is well!

Rufus (Saskatoon)

Rufus before and after his hair cut. Now that he is clipped you can really see the chocolate and silver coming in. His family wrote:

Here’s Rufus before and after his haircut. ( summer groom). I keep saying ‘it’ll grow!’ I love him long and messy, but obviously not comfortable for summer. We are now attending a ‘beginner’ obedience class. I think we may go ‘novice’ after that. And I have him booked for his neuter on May 5.

Rufus is one of Dane and Cesar‘s males (born August 9, 2014) who now lives in Saskatoon. Looks like not only is he changing color right on schedule but he has passed puppy obedience. Everyone is raving about their puppy so all is well in my heart! His family wrote:

Here’s Rufus at his puppy grad, and then wanting to play fetch. He’s a little pushy. But a good communicator , dropping his bone directly on my lap.

This is one of Dane and Cesar’s females that now lives in Fort McMurray with her family. This is their first dog and the kids didn’t know she was coming so there was lots of excitement when Ben got her home.

As for the whining at night, put her crate where she can see you at the start, once she is crate trained you can slowly move her to where you want her to be. Remember she has just left her mother and siblings, so she doesn’t quite have it figured out what is going on.

A good rule to make is that the children have to wash their hands ‘before’ and ‘after’ playing with Jasmine, that should curb some of it because children’s hands always smell like food which encourages the pup to mouth their hands. Get everyone on board with this plan. When she uses her mouth for anything other than eating, put your hand around her muzzle firmly and squeeze it like you mean it and say NO, say it like you mean it. Do not let her start doing this, the same with jumping up. Flat hand to the face and tell her OFF, do not use the word DOWN as this will eventually be the command word for her to lay down.

The whining is partly because she is missing her family and partly when she needs to go out to pee and poop, it will get better but don’t let her play on your sympathy with it, she is fine, just needs a little reassuring at the beginning. I am here to help if you have any questions, better to ask now than have it turn into a problem you have to work at correcting later.

Jasmine’s family wrote:

The children are bonding very nicely with her. Yesterday, they couldn’t have enough of her and the best part was when my son and daughter rubbed her to sleep. She is eating well and very alert. She is really a people person and aims to please. Yesterday, the kids and I gave her a bath, and it was great.

Some challenges though, she whines a lot in the night. Last night was particularly bad, but I am hoping that it will get better. I have been waking up often to get her out to potty every 2 hours or so. Am I doing it right?

I am also a little concerned about her play-biting. I know she doesn’t mean to hurt but she tends to go after fingers (playfully albeit) when we try to rub her on the head. Do you have any tips on that?

Gunner (Saskatoon)

Now look at this guy! Number one they have an awesome groomer, and number two this is a great looking Doodle pup even if I do say so myself. Gunner is one of Dane and Cesar’s August 9, 2014, litter and he has chocolate in his moustache! I sincerely thank Gary for this update. When I hear about and see my pups, I know if I am going to breed that girl the same way this year….the answer to that is a huge yes. Dane is from Kloe (Golden Retriever) and Einstein‘s (Apricot Standard Poodle), Kloe is now retired but I am sure wishing I would have kept another pup from her because Dane is doing such a magnificent job. Thanks Gary, you made my day a lot brighter!

This is one of Dane and Cesar’s males from August 9th. 2014. Gunner lives in Saskatoon. His family wrote:

Here is Gunner enjoying a well deserved break after playing, and one from a couple of months ago after enjoying a snack.

This is Dakota, one of Dane and Cesar’s males born August 9th. 2014, and his little side kick, a toy Poodle named Demi. It looks like these two are busy holding down the couch. Dakota and Demi live with their family in Regina and I know they are spoiled rotten and treated like part of the family. Thanks so much for sending, Jo. Pats from Grammy MA! His family wrote:

Dakota went for another haircut last week. Ohhh my he jumped on the grooming table and in the tub…He was very good at the spa lol. He relaxing now in his sister Demi’s bed omg he’s funny..

Dakota, son of Dane and Cesar from their August 9, 2014 litter. He went to be a companion to Koby, who was a terminally ill Standard Poodle but sadly Koby passed away very shortly after Dakota arrived. This is so sad, parting with a four legged faithful friend is one of the hardest things on earth to deal with. Dakota’s new family wrote:

He and Demi sure get along good but I think he figures Demi is his favorite chew toy… she sure makes some interesting noises when I squeek her lol..
I attached a pic of Dakota and Koby…I sure miss him!

Apparently we do not have a post for Dane so I got busy today and took pictures of her. She looks very blonde with the sun shining on her but she is actually apricot. Dane was born June 3, 2012. Her mother is Kloe, an outstanding Golden Retriever with everything going for her in looks, temperament, confirmation and intelligence. Her father is Einstein. He is a bit smaller for a Standard Poodle but completely confirmationally correct and just a pleasure to have on the place. This makes Dane an F1 Golden Doodle. Kloe always had a rough spot on her nose from opening the kennel latches with her nose, the kids would show everyone how smart she was and take the snap off the latch and wait about 30 seconds until Kloe discovered the snap gone and out she would come, much to the delight of the children!

Dane had her first litter on August 9, 2014 (check out these boys and girls for yourself). The sire is Cesar, my Chocolate Standard Poodle who outweighs Einstein by a full 10 lbs. now. This makes her pups F1B non shedding Golden Doodles. Dane and Cesar’s pups have the best of the best for Grandparents and parents, all nine are black but are now showing signs of Brindling, which Cesars pups do no matter what color they start out as. I jokingly tell people that women pay good money to have their hair dyed like these dogs turn out.

Dane did a great job of mothering her pups and wanted to stay with them long after she was out of milk. Some mothers want out for good when the pups are about 8 weeks old and only stand to nurse. Dane not only laid down but rolled around and played with her pups, it was a delight to pull up the lawn chair and watch the antics of this litter.

F1B Golden Doodle Males (Dane) – Born August 9, 2014

All of Dane’s puppies have been sold!

Dane (Apricot F1 Golden Doodle) and Cesar (Silver Factor Chocolate Standard Poodle) had their first litter of nine puppies on August 9th. There are now only three males available. These are non shedding, well bred, kind, loyal and gentle boys that love kids and would be thrilled to exchange food and a health care plan for tail wags and companionship. They now have three sets of boosters, so they are well protected against the deadly Parvo Virus. The next visit to the vet would be for neutering at 6 months of age at which time they need their Rabies vaccination.

My pups are two year health guaranteed for hips, elbows, ears and eyes for anything hereditary. I imprint them to humans at birth, they get lots of paw massages and nails nipped a tiny bit each week. They are held on their back and rocked like a baby, this bonds them and teaches them submission. They sleep in a crate with the door off to make crate training go smoother (they are now old enough to sleep through the night), and they have been trained to pee and poop in one small area of their pen, this gives a jump start on teaching them to go in one area of your yard and helps with making house training go very quickly.

I put a lot of time and love into my pups in order to give you the best start with your puppy, I stay on board with advising you along the way if needed. The boys are $1,135 and are ready to spend the next 15 years with their forever family. Text 306 521-1371, or call 306 792-2113 and leave a message or simply use my contact page.

Dane (F1 Apricot Golden Doodle) and Cesar (Silver Factor Chocolate Standard Poodle) have had their first litter of puppies together. These little rascals were born August 9, 2014, and are now weaned, vaccinated twice, dewormed twice and totally vet checked and ready to dazzle their new family with how darn cute and smart Doodles are.

These boys are non shedding and will mature between 60 and 80 lbs. depending on the pup. The pup with the purple chew bone toy (now sold) is the smallest and the pup with the Red Duck is the biggest. These are very well handled pups with awesome laid back personalities, they know about kids and cats. The price of the pup, $1,100, includes delivery to most places on the Central Prairies, buyers from further afar can meet me part way. I do not ship my puppies, it is very important to me (and them) that they arrive safely from my arms to the arms of the forever family. I have been breeding dogs for 47 years and I do what is best for the dog and the puppy. For more information on one of these boys tell me by the toy that is in the picture with the pup and I will send you all the pictures I took of that particular puppy. Text 306 521-1371 or use my contact page.

Dane (Apricot F1 Golden Doodle) and Cesar (Silver Factor Chocolate Standard Poodle) have had their first litter of puppies born August 9, making them 6 weeks old today.  They will be ready to go at a full 8 weeks old.

These are non shedding, calm, gentle and very intelligent dogs that are extremely loyal to their family.  This is a very happy litter of puppies that seem to be able to find joy in even a little piece of straw.  They love to be handled and come in a little pack of wagging tails to meet me when I go to feed or play with them.  They are well handled, so, even though it is very hard to photograph black pups, we had a lot of fun doing these pictures yesterday.  At this age they sit up like little bears and look for all the world like a tiny black Teddy Bear sitting there peeking out from under their curls.

By the time the pups leave me they will have two sets of boosters and be completely vet checked.  The price is $1,100 delivered safely from my arms to yours. I do not ship my pups so there has been no trauma along the way, they have always been handled with gentleness and caring.  They were bottle supplemented the first four weeks of their life as she had nine pups (seven males) and this is her first litter, so they are very well handled.  There is nothing in this world like sitting in a whelping box with pups climbing onto your lap looking for a warm baby bottle!  They have nails done weekly and paw massages done every time they are handled.

For more information on these boys please use my contact page or text 306 521-1371 and I will reply ASAP.   I am here to answer any questions you may have so you can make an educated decision.  This litter will not stay black, as they mature to about 60 lbs. for the males. Their coat will get blonde and chocolate hair throughout making them a brindle in color. Some get more blonde and some more chocolate, it is hard to tell at this age who will do what but I can guarantee that they will not stay the shiny coal black they are now.

F1B Golden Doodle Females (Dane) – Born August 9, 2014

All of Dane’s female puppies have been sold!

Dane (Apricot F1 Golden Doodle) and Cesar (Silver Factor Chocolate Standard Poodle) had their first litter of F1B Golden Doodles, born August 9, 2014. This is now the only available female. She will not stay black, she is going to Brindle as she matures, which means she will get brown, silver and gold hair throughout her coat, it is just starting around her eyes and muzzle now.

She has had two sets of boosters and has been dewormed and totally vet checked. She is now ready to go, Dane has weaned and the pups are eating and drinking and full of P and V. This is a non shedding dog and she will mature at about 60 lbs. The price of this pup, $1,100, includes delivery to most places on the Central Prairies, buyers from further away can meet me part way. I do not ship my pups but prefer to drive them safely to the new family. For more pictures or information on this puppy please text 306 521-1371 or use my contact page. My pups are two year health guaranteed for hips, elbows, ears and eyes for anything hereditary.

Dane (F1 Apricot Golden Doodle) and Cesar (Silver Factor Chocolate Standard Poodle) have had nine F1B Golden Doodle puppies born August 9, 2014. Of these nine, only two are females and are pictured here. These girls are non shedding and will mature at about 50 lbs. with loose curls. They will not stay black but as they mature they will get apricot and chocolate hair throughout their coat which will make them a beautiful brindle in color. No two will be exactly the same and it usually starts to show when they are about three to four months old.

They will leave me at 8 weeks old with two sets of boosters, they will have been dewormed and completely vet checked. I do not ship my pups, so the price of $1,100 includes delivery safely from my arms into yours to assure you have a well handled pup that has not suffered any trauma along the way. My pups are treated with kindness and respect and that is why I produce kind, gentle, loyal and intelligent pups! These little girls were bottle supplemented and have had their feet handled often with nails nipped weekly and paw massages done every time they are handled.

For more information on how to get one of these babies to join your family use my contact page or text 306 521-1371. I am not always able to answer this phone but I do reply to texts ASAP. Tell me the toy that is with the puppy you are interested in and I will send you all the pictures I took of that puppy.
