This little beauty is Pearl( daughter of Cleopatra and Einstein), one of my Standard Poodle pups, who now resides in Calgary with her big brother, one of my Labra Doodles, Declan, who is three now. Her family wrote:
Here are some images from our 1st day with Pearl! Declan obviously loves her so much already!!!
All of Cleopatra’s puppies have been sold!!!
Cleopatra (Irving’s Someday Cleopatra), Chocolate with Silver Factor, and Einstein (Hammids Eequalsmc Squared), Apricot, have produced their second litter of Standard Poodle puppies. I will provide a copy of both parents CKC registration papers with each puppy, I did not register this litter and will be selling them as pet stock, hence the great price.
These are top quality, highly intelligent, non shedding pups. They were born July 31, 2015, and will be ready to go to their new homes the end of September. I am bottle supplementing to help Cleopatra out as this is a big litter for such a petite girl to handle on her own. Cleopatra weighs about 45 lbs. and Einstein hovers between 45 and 50 lbs. so these will not be giant Poodles. Dew claws are removed and tails are docked at 2/3. The pups will come with two sets of boosters and lots of instructions on when to get the third set and how to keep them safe from the viruses that are out there.
There is now only one black male, he will not stay black but will turn Shotgun Blue (darker silver with chocolate highlights) and three Apricot females, available from this litter of eleven puppies. They are very well handled, nails are nipped weekly, foot massages are done daily, so they will be very good about having their feet clipped when they are groomed. The price of these adorable balls of fluff is $800, this price includes delivery to most main cities in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Buyers from further away can arrange to meet me part way. I do not ship my puppies but prefer to drive them to as close to their new family as possible and place them safely into the new owners arms. You can contact me by using my contact form or leaving a message on our house phone 306 792-2113.
Here are pictures of Nora and Nancy doing just fine in their new home in Rocky Mountain House Albera.
I guess my ESP is working, I was thinking of these boys this morning as I was procrastinating about getting out from under my warm blankets. They are absolutely beautiful. Good job Lorrie and George! Nora is back in heat now but I am going to wait this heat cycle out and breed her and her sister in the spring instead, that will give them a year and a half off. I can only imagine how much fun it is for the two of them in the snow playing. I have their half brother here, from Nora’s sister, Nancy, and Einstein, he is an extremely handsome boy so I will use him as a breeder on some of the F1 Labra Doodle girls. I sincerely thank you for sending me these pictures and update, it really makes my day when I see pictures of my pups (the fruits of my labour). Their family told us:
Just a few pics of the boys. We just love them sooo much. They are very well behaved and having a great time with the snow outside.
Great pictures, it is really hard to take good pictures of black dogs! Brad and Roy’s family wrote:
Hope you are doing good and keeping busy with all your beautiful furry family. Brad and Roy are doing well, we are all on a schedule together and it seems to be working well. They are growing up to be very handsome boys. Roy has the red collar and Brad is blue. Thanks again for the wonderful Pups!!
These are Nora and Cesar‘s Standard Poodle pups born February 25th, 2014. Their new family sent along this picture and told us:
The boys are growing fast, they are about 15 and 16 pounds each with Brad just having a slight edge over Roy. Their training is coming along and we brought them to the vet for their third shot…..clean bill of health. We will keep you up to date and talk again soon.
Socrates has been sold!
I now have only one Standard Poodle male pup to sell, his name is Socrates, son of Nancy and Einstein, born February 24, 2014. This pup was sold to a woman in Manitoba but the more we conversed the more I became aware that it was not a very good home, so I sent her deposit back. I need to be sure that my pups are going to a loving caring home that will provide them with proper vet care and a good environment to spent the next 15 years in.
Socrates has been very well handled, his tail is docked at 1/3, his dew claws are removed. He has been taught to keep his tongue in his mouth and his feet on the floor. He has never been allowed on furniture and he has been trained to pee and poop in one spot in his pen, so this guy would be very easy to train to go in one area of your yard. He will be about 50 to 60 lbs. when mature and about 22 to 23 inches at the wither, so average for a Standard Poodle. His color is light apricot like his father and he is a very calm and easy going pup that just loves attention. He is $700 delivered price, he has three sets of boosters and has been dewormed and totally vet checked. If you may be interested in this pup please use my contact page or text 306 521-1371.
This little girl is one of Nancy and Einstein’s females. Her name is Destiny Rose and she is certainly a cute little monkey. Destiny Rose is Standard Poodle, and she lives in Manitoba. Her family wrote:
Usually she looks cleaner, but she is my little tom boy, and I am enjoying her!
Ginger is one of Nancy and Einstein’s Poodle pups born February 14, 2014. I have one male left to sell from this litter. Her family sent us this update:
Ginger is in good hands, my daughter laid by Ginger’s kennel until she fell asleep last night.
All Nancy and Nora’s puppies have now been SOLD!
I have six Standard Poodle puppies left available from two litters born Feb. 24th and Feb. 25th. They will be ready to start leaving on April 26th. There are three males (two black and one apricot), and three females (one dark apricot and two blonde) to choose from. The mothers are second generation here at Fur Fettish Farm. I am not a Poodle breeder as such but a Doodle breeder, and am now so smitten with the Standard Poodles that I have produced these two litters.
Due to health issues the mothers will also be for sale as soon as they wean their pups. They are now proven breeders and the pups are absolutely beautiful and both have done an outstanding job of mothering. The fathers are registered, the mothers are not, but are 100% Standard Poodle so the pups are being sold as pet stock which is why the price is reasonable and includes delivery so I can place my puppy safely into the arms of the forever family. I do not ship my pups!
The price of the pups is going to be a reasonable $600 with tails docked, dew claws removed and two sets of boosters. They will be dewormed before leaving my home for yours and very well handled, especially feet, which seems to sometimes be an issue with grooming, so I nip the tiny ends off the nails weekly and do paw massages.
The mothers are full sisters, Nancy and Nora, both were born light apricot but look white when they have a full coat on. They, and their mother, Casey, are on the smaller end of the spectrum for size weighing in at 45 lbs. Einstein, the father of the apricots, who is apricot himself, weighs 45 to 50 lbs. and Cesar, Chocolate with Silver factor, the father to the two black boys (that I think will have chocolate highlights as they mature) is 60 lbs. so his pups may get a little larger but still not anywhere near the top end of size for a Standard.
These are, of course, a super intelligent, loyal, non shedding dog with a long lifespan. They have a two year health guarantee for anything hereditary. For further information please use my contact page or text 306 521-1371
Irving’s Travelin’ Cesar is the registered name of this awesome specimen of a Chocolate Standard Poodle….named after a man I admire ‘Cesar Milan’! This big guy just flows, he has flawless confirmation from head to toe and a gentle sweetheart personality to go with it.
His sire is Bellefleet Travelin’ Soldier and his dam is Bemine’s Someday Girl N Sanvar, both are Chocolate. We are getting ready to produce some of the best Chocolate Doodles in the country. I have three English Chocolate Labs that will be old enough to breed in the spring and two Golden Retrievers that are going to be bred to him also….so look for some well bred Doodles from Fur Fettish Farm next year.
Cesar is 1-1/2 now and has produced only one litter of pups so far, from Danni (F1 Labra Doodle). Eleven puppies and every one black….black is only a color as is Chocolate, his pups are already showing his great looks and personality. He is lanky looking now, like a teenager filling out. He is graceful, well coordinated and has great confirmation….he will definitely be bigger than either Einstein or Pluto. He will be breeding daughters from both of them next year to produce some outstanding F1B Doodles….so watch this site in the spring or contact me for an update of who he may be ‘camping out’ with next.
Pluto, a black Standard Poodle (starting to grey) was born October 15, 2003. This fellow is the prince of dogs. He weighs about 45 lbs. and is 21 inches at the wither. He is a bit slighter in build than Einstein (apricot Standard Poodle), his partner in my Doodle breeding program. This is one of the most loyal dogs I have ever owned. If a bear came onto our farm this guy would give his life to protect me.
Pluto is an extremely graceful dog. If he was a person he would have been a ballerina. When he has his runs he entertains me with jumping over anything laying around, runs through all the kennel areas to stir up some barking and then runs back like he has played a huge joke on me. He will also die of old age here!
I could not be prouder of my boys. Pluto was my first Standard Poodle and I loved him the minute I met him. He had not been handled enough and they told me he was hard to catch, so he spent the first two weeks here kenneled, leashed or tied and was given lots of attention. After two weeks I bravely turned him loose, he ran and ran, around and around the building area of the farm. I sat on a chair and waited, he would circle closer and closer to me and finally when he was done he came and put his head in my lap. When you get a pup that is one of the things I tell people not to do… do not chase your pup or dog, sit down and let it come to you and then praise it and give it lots of petting (and of course do this in a fenced area so you do not have a disaster).
Pluto is a very mild mannered dog and very smart and obedient…I can not say enough good about this boy and his offspring follow suit.
